Max Motosports Cylinder Piston Rebuild Kit Assembly for Stihl 025 023 MS250 MS230 42.5mm

Installed on my ms250. Exhaust port bolt holes did not line up at all with the exhause manifold. Ground screw broke out and did not work. Ran the saw for a maximum of maybe 1 to 2 hours, got harder and harder to start, then would not fire at all. Compression was at 60psi. Did not last through even a half a cord of firewood. would not recccomend

The wrist pin holes were out of alignment. The wrist pin did not rotate in the bearing without a lot of force. The old piston does. I tried a new wrist pin bearing with no luck. I mix and matched old parts and through process of elimination, the new piston was the culprit. I'm going to return it.

Everything was excellent! They were the right parts and the chain saw is up and running. Thank you!

Fit great! Once reassembled, saw started on the second pull. Has already racked up about 10 hours of cutting with no problems.

As expected. Perfect match for my chainsaw.
