We have used the Pentek brand for our Culligan water filter for many years. Fits well, and works well. Much cheaper than the Culligan OEM product.

Best price I found to replace these filters. They got my flow rate back up again. As far as I can tell, you really only need to replace these once the flow gets too low for your liking. The filtration only gets tighter as it filters stuff out over time. I went over 2 years before replacing these.

Have been using these filters for many years. Seem to get a good price on Amazon compared to other places.

I purchased this Pentair Pentek P-250 Water Filter Set, 10-Inch Replacement Cartridge for my GE GXSL03C water filter which requires a FXSLC filter set. I had no problem installing these filters into this filter canisters and I have had no leaks. I ran the water for several minutes after the initial installation, but it took probably 3-4 weeks before the "cloudiness" (tiny little air bubbles) ended when I filled a glass of water. Also, the flow rate or stream of water from the filter's faucet was not as strong as what I was accustomed to with another brand (GE) of filter. But, the water seems very clean to the eye and taste is great. I don't see any carbon in the water after it is dispensed. It seems to be doing what it is supposed to do.....I just wish the stream of water was a little stronger after being filtered by the Pentair filters. I will probably go back to my previously purchased water filters after these run their life.

I have been buying these filters (Pentair Pentek P-250) for nine years. All I can say is that they work, they are very inexpensive, and I cannot tell the difference between these filters and the much more expensive ones I used to buy. Yes, the water is very black at first due to the charcoal dust in the second filter. But after running the water for five to ten minutes, it's gone. The water remains cloudy for a few days due to the tiny air bubbles that are in the water, but that too disappears within a few days. Oh, and the water tastes excellent.I will continue to buy these filters in the future. They completely meet my expectations. That's really all I can ask for when it comes to something like a water filter.

Great replacement filters for an older Culligan bought years ago.

I have been using these filters for years. In my city there are still areas that are fed with lead pipes. I was concerned for my family's health so I bought the under-sink filtration system and have used perfectly clear water for drinking ever since. A great way to protect yourself and family from the unseen dangers dripping from your faucet.

I've had my Culligan water filtration system for 20 years, These filters fit perfectly and really work GREAT!I change them every six months and WOW are they dirty at that point, which means the filters are really working! They REALLY make your water taste better as well. In NYC, they put a lot of chlorine in the water. You can taste and smell it. After the water goes through THESE filters, there is no foul taste.
