Bright and Tight
Put them on my 47. Front went on easy obviously. Rear sight was tight, EXTREMELY tight! They’re steel, which should be more durable than the plastic glock oem set. Much brighter than my 19x factory night sights and the truglo set on my 17mos. Didn’t have a sight pusher but DID have a bench vice so I decided to wing it. Pushed them in with the vice and a piece of key steel. Then had to tap them in place with a brass punch without having to sand the dovetail down. Took a bit to zero them properly. I figured they would be scratched up from the punch marks but they’re surprisingly tough because there were no marks that I could see. Should you try my method to save money? Absolutely NOT, just get the sight pusher!

Perfect for a lower 1/3 Co-Witness on a Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS with a Holosun 507c reflex sight
I bought these sights after some careful research on sizing, fit etc. I needed some irons to co-witness with my red dot, but I didn't want an absolute or perfect co-witness (where the iron sights aim right where the red dot is), I wanted a lower 1/3 co-witness so that the irons were below the red dot when aiming, but high enough that I can use them if I chose to do so. In the event of a red dot failure or something like that I could switch to using the iron sights. I decided to get night sights for this just in case. If the red dot were to fail in the middle of the night or in some place dark, I could switch to my irons and still be able to see them. If they were just solid black It'd be impossible to line up a shot.If you're looking for a lower 1/3 co-witness and you have a glock MOS with a holosun 507c, these sights are for you. I can not to speak on other guns and optics. I've seen many reviews of people with these and they always fail to include key information like whether they perfectly co-witness or are lower 1/3 co-witness (in the lower 1/3rd of the optic window). Or I've seen people say "THESE ARE GREAT FOR PERFECT CO-WITNESS" when they really mean they lower 1/3rd co-witness, not a perfect or absolute co-witness.I'LL SAY IT AGAIN, IF YOU HAVE A GLOCK MOS (IN THIS CASE GLOCK 19 GEN 5) GUN WITH A HOLOSUN 507C AND YOU WANT A LOWER 1/3RD CO-WITNESS, THESE ARE PERFECT FOR THAT.

Great quality, tight fit
Nice quality sights, but man are they tight. Front sight obviously was a breeze, but the rear is crazy tight. Out of the package it started maybe a 1/8 inch. most other sights ive swapped slide in a majority of the slide width using just fingers and a pusher to finish it off, but this required a good amount of filing. Very pleased with the finished product though.

I got this set to replace an older (2013) set of ameriglo sights on a 2nd gen glock 19. I did a 2 day pistol course and apparently did not lock-tite the front sight well enough, as it came off at the beginning of the first day. I did notice it getting looser previously, but forgot about it before the class. I just used the front sight out of this new order. They have apparently changed the design, as the new front sight has a proportionately larger and bolder dot, making it easier to pick up quickly. These sights are easy to install (the front is a breeze but requires a front sight tool (NOT included) and PLENTY of lock-tite. The rear was fairly easy to do as far as dovetail sights go if memory serves; mark the center of the stock sights on the slide with a pencil, then use a brass punch and hammer to drive out the old and in the new, aligning with the mark you made on the slide) look and feel high-quality and are bright and bold. My ~4 year old sights are still going strong, and in fact the slightly brighter new front sight helps me pick it up more easily. Highly recommend these.

Perfect - Awesome Customer Service as Well!
These are perfect. The white outlines feel quite bright for fast target acquisition but they aren't overkill or distracting when looking at the gun overall. The glow at night works great and light/dark transitions are seamless. Fair warning - do a good job shaving the rear sights down before pushing them in too hard. Once you're in there deep they can possibly get wedged in real good and are extremely hard to remove. I actually had a problem situation like this, and Ameriglo support worked along with me and got them fixed on the slide perfectly. I was very very happy with their communication and ability to work through issues with the customer. Awesome! I'm saying that at one point when it got bad, they let me send it in to assess and fix the problem.I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say about these sights. I also have Trijicon HD XRs and like those too, but these sights really made me realize that the quality in general is pretty much the same as Trijicon sights yet Ameriglo has better competitive pricing for the value.
