I got this specifically because I used to eat wheat germ every morning when I was a healthy 6 year old kid. I just remember feeling like it was a good idea to eat wheat germ with my cereal. I've just never forgotten about that and so when I saw this spermidine available I jumped on it. I still don't have any clue what this does as I don't have time to research everything but I trust that it is very good for you if it is 100X more potent than wheat germ like it claims.This is my second supplement that I have used from this brand called "Black Forest" and I am impressed by the good quality supplements that this brand produces. The pills are easy to swallow and the contents look uniform, clean and real and smell pleasant. The facilities these supplements come from must be pretty clean and well rmanaged. You get a whole bunch of pills for a reasonable price for a high quality supplement. Serving size is only one pill so this bottle is actually a four month supply! I am starting to get tired of a full bottle of pills is only a 1 month supply. Too many manufacturers take that route to boost their profits. I am glad this company is not afraid to put out a four month supply bottle it just makes me trust this company even more. It takes usually 3 weeks of taking a supplement to feel the benefit of it and this one is no different. After taking it for a few weeks I noticed a big uptick in productive energy. Not all energy is created equal and the energy you get from spermidine is "whole food" energy which is different than processed sugar energy.

I heard about spermadine for the first time about a year ago and have been taking it since. You've probably already read up on it or take it now if you're reading these reviews.This product has a decent amount of product for a decent price. It also purports to have testing by a third party lab and is made in a GMP facility. Made in the USA means practically nothing when it comes to supplements as about 95%+ of supplements are made with ingredients that come from countries like China and "Made in the USA" simply means the ingredients are put in the capsules and then into the bottle in the US.Cons - I hate the "1440 mg" on the front label (meaning there's 1440 mg in the WHOLE bottle), and think stuff like that should be against the law. Tell us what's in each serving and stop with the hype. I almost deducted a star for that, but that's just my opinion and not really a reflection of the product.

I sometimes have problems with capsules, but these are smaller that most, and you can't beat a 4-month supply are this price!

Seems ok. The powder tastes like it's derived from grain. I haven't noticed any downsides or ill effects. Ok the other hand I'm not sure about the positive effects.This is one of the nutrients that declines with age, so it could be helpful. I'm only familiar with the role in autophagy which could help clear old senescent cells which might be producing toxic or pro-inflammatory compounds. So, it's a senolytic. I am not sure at what point this becomes beneficial or any test that could verify that.

I'm very active, work hard, feel strong and healthy most of the time but better is better. I've been taking this for a week or so and it seems to be a good addition to my regimenI did quite a bit today and I'm a bit tired but now I know why. This supplement product arrived on time. I have read and researched Spermidine for many years. As a senior in my mid 70's, Spermidine is an important element for me to have at sufficient levels. Many times, I just could not afford it, but then I found this product from a company called Black Forest based here in the USA. The cost was very affordable to me and with 120 capsules taking one a day, I was happy to finally find my new and regular source of Spermidine. I have not had any negative reactions to this product and as mentioned at this current price point it is a very good value for me.
