This is a fascinating substance. I am definitely seeing gains in the weight room and greater muscle mass. There seem to be other positive impacts as well. Our results showed that urolithin A significantly increased type I collagen expression and reduced matrix metalloproteinase 1 (MMP-1) expression. Urolithin A also reduced intracellular reactive oxygen species, which may be partially due to activation of the Nrf2-mediated antioxidative response. These results indicate that urolithin A is a promising antiaging agent. Meanwhile, we noticed that the 50 μM urolithin A could cause changes in cell morphology and inhibition in cell proliferation, which were due to cell cycle arrest in G2/M phase. I’ve been taking this Urolithin A for about 2 months now. I noticed a significant boost of energy within 30 minutes of taking these. I take them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I no longer need coffee first thing in the morning. I still drink coffee, just not first thing (which I’ve heard is healthier for your natural circadian rhythms). Also for the first time in years I’ve been able to work out consistently. Nothing insane, just walking 2 miles 3 times a week. Before I didn’t have the energy. I believe these have helped me stay consistent. They aren’t magic pills, but they have helped me. I also feel more of a difference taking these than I didn’t taking another main stream brand that cost $100 a bottle, a complete waste of money. These are much more effective in my opinion.

The price and quality look promising. Since I don't have a colon, I can't make Urolithin A. And must supplement. I feel it helps me feel better after workouts, since it helps with recovery and I can't make it anymore.

I initially purchased CystoRebalance Urolithin A, after researching the benefits of mitochondria health. Advancing age had me feeling somewhat sluggish the last few years and I needed a boost. Well, it certainly did that! Over the last couple months my energy has increased substantially and I feel considerably better. As a pleasant, unexpected side effect, my hair has become noticeably fuller. Not that I was bald, but definitely thinning. It's nice to purchase a product that actually works.

You can tell it's quality as soon as you open the bottle. I've been taking this along with creatine for several months and I do not get sore from intense resistance training and I've seen significant gains in muscle. At age 50, I'm pretty pleased!

I bought this supplement because it’s marketed as “natural and pure.” The listed other ingredients include only the softgel capsule (gelatin, vegetable glycerin, purified water), which sounds clean—but what I don’t understand is why the softgels are red. That’s clearly not the natural color of those ingredients, so what is being used to color the capsule?If there’s an additional ingredient for the coloring, it should be listed. If it's not listed, that raises a red flag for me. Is it still “natural and pure” if I don’t know everything that’s in it?I asked this question here on Amazon and never received an answer from the seller or the manufacturer. Very disappointing and makes me question how transparent this brand really is. I won’t be repurchasing unless they provide a clear, honest explanation.Update – April 15, 2025: CystoRebalance contacted me through Amazon messaging and offered me a full refund. However, they still did not answer my original question or the concerns I raised in my review above.
