Great versatility
This is a great machine, FAST single cup, kraft of coffee nice and fast; LARGE water reservoir … also has several selections 8,10,12 oz and a strong buttons, also does Ice coffee (or tea … I couldn’t ask for more or better would buy again and will keep as long as I can! Just great

3 Strikes, Leaks, Luke Warm, Cold Coffee
This Keurig does not have a hot pad to keep the coffee warm. It also does not brew at a high enough temperature to provide hot coffee. Lastly the Carafe leaks around the outside. If you want a luke warm coffee that quickly gets cold and you have to clean up after it everytime this coffee pot is for you. I'll probably return it, it's that bad.

Great option for a single cup of coffee or brew a whole pot for family and friends! Easy to use and clean.

If you want a Keurig, buy it at a store. Or get something different.
I ordered my Keurig from Amazon. Unpacked it. It didn't work. I plugged it in and it would not turn on. Tried to repack it to return to Amazon but it was too big and bulky. Called Keurig and they said don't bother, just throw it away. We'll send you a new one. They did, but not the same model. A cheaper one. And this one didn't work either.But I had to repack it and send it back. I asked them to send the model I paid for but they said they were out of stock. What? Manufacturer is out of stock. They sent another cheap model and at least it works. I will never buy another Keurig product again!
