Great product! I bought this for myself and LOVE it! It’s like having a mini SPA day at home. This product does work very well. If you are looking to get a nice sauna experience with subtle steam for your face then this is for you!The large purple mask is wide enough to fit most faces comfortably, and is great for opening up and unclogging pores. The smaller purple mask is an absolute must for a more concentrated steam that's perfect for clearing T zone. It also works fabulous if you just want to give your nose and forehead a bit of steam. For the best SPA experience, I add some of my aromatherapy lavender oil drops in it and it works perfectly. If you want more steam to stay in, toss a towel over your head to hold it in longer. Additionally, the good part on this unit is that I can empty, clean and dry out the water steaming basin. I also like the overheating protection feature that shuts the product down when the water level is low.Overall, it works exactly as advertised. A nice quality product with an affordable price.

I bought this product to help open up my pores (I have dry skin) and to help with sinus issues (extreme allergies). I found using it on setting 1 was warm enough for me. After 5 min my pores felt opened but my sinuses really opened up! I haven’t tried with oils yet, but I may do so now that I know the basic functionality works.

It works well and does what is expected. I see other reviews of it smelling like plastic, ....... ummm HELLO it's made of plastic! When new and out the box that is what it is going to smell like. I simply cleaned the products parts ( Which should be done when buying new items such as these) then ran the steamer once without actually using it to sanitize it further and now there is no more new plastic smell. 🙄 great product and price. Also, as for the Manuel, just because it is translated badly, does not mean it is a fake product. 😐 it means it's apparently from overseas like China most likely and when being translated to English, the dialect can some times be translated improperly.

I have been looking for a good steamer for a while now. Steamers are one of the best solutions to cleansing and purifying your pores, and this one does the trick! I really like that you can control the intensity of the steam because it allows your experience to be more enjoyable. I even used some essential oil when using and it felt like I was in a spa! Not only does it open your pores, but it also helped relieve my sinuses and allowed me to breathe for the first time in a while! I highly recommend this product. Worth a try.

Worked just fine for few weeks; on Jul 30, 2021; while steaming, there was a burst; flew the purple plastic attachment. The hot water splashed over the face and chest causing burns. Very disappointed with the outcome. Hopefully others can stay cautious of this issue.

Wow, the courier arrived the next day, Godspeed! This steamer is also good, even spray mist, easy to operate! California is very dry, and this replenishment effect is very good. Originally, the face was dry, tight, and it felt good after using it several times.

I like to use face mask 1 a week and would use hot water to open my pores but i wanted a steamer for convenience. This one does the job BUT be careful not to get to close to where the steam is being released. The steam gets incredibly hot and you run the possibility of getting burnt.

It has all the basics of a face steamer and I use it for sinus steaming as well. Works very well. Heats up quickly too and offers 2 settings.

It can become very expensive to visit a beautician to have any treatments. Being disabled I find it even more difficult to go. I was interested however in trying to clear my skin of some of the blackheads and to unclog my pores a bit in the hopes of a softer and better looking skin. I have found that this facial steamer is very good for doing just that. It delivers a good steam which you are able to choose the flow streamby adjusting the slider that is on the mask. You will see the base holes at the bottom become larger or smaller, plus you can turn from 1 to 2 for flow. The handy measure jug is just right for filling container of water or can add aroma via oils (mixed) too just have to make sure not to goover the max with filling.This gadget is further useful if you are blocked with a cold asit clears the nose very well especially if you add some menthol type oils (just a few drops).The steam does get quite hot so do go careful and let it cool before emptying and wiping it down.The steam will last for around 15 minutes. Unfortunately it is not suitable for use if you have eczema or psoriasis or a heart expansion disease and serious rosacea. I like the handy blackhead removal tools which are also enclosed.

Looked nice, price was decent. However, when we plugged it in, there was no power to the steam.I would much rather boil a kettle and get steam like that which is way more powerful and effective.

Steamer ok but UK plug adaptor it is supplied with is dangerous. It has got a CE mark but not sure how as there is no divider between the positive and negative conductors such that too big a angle on the pins results in a short. See photos.

The facial steamer was easy to assemble,it has two settings on it which is great for a different effect of steam.It opens up your pores which is good to do before applying products afterwards.It also came with blackhead/blemish tools which I thought was a great bonus.Great product easy to use.

Easy to use, the water heats up quickly, steams for 10-12 minutes, which is enough, safe
