I have been a fan of herbal supplements for a while now. It started with a large glass of turmeric lemonade in a restaurant and blossomed from there. Some supplements have ingredients that you are very familiar with and you know they will do you some good; others may have names you never even heard of. Shilajit is one I only started to become familiar with this past year and until now I had not tried it. It comes from a resin found in Himalayan rocks and is supposed to be good for a number of our immune and support systems. I first did some research to find out if there was a potential down side. Reputable reports told me it won't kill me and might do me some good, so I was wiling to try it. But which format and brand to try? While I was still considering that, I came across this product, Shilajit in the form of good-tasting gummies. That was the selling point for me. It also contains the better-known herbals Ashwagandha and Chaga mushrooms. OK, I can't tell you I now jump out of bed with more energy or even that my elbow has stopped hurting me. But I can tell you I have experienced no ill effects from taking this product and I enjoy eating the gummies. So I give it five stars, not because it has done wonders for me, but because I enjoy taking it and I have not discovered any reason to downgrade it.

Just started these today. Was a little hesitant because the plastic safety seal allowed me to twist the lid off without removing it first! Luckily the inner seal was intact.They have a very mild fruit (grape?) flavor.I plan to see over the next 30 days if they have a noticeable effect in alertness etc.

My husband takes this supplement for energy and performance boost, so we were pleased to find it in a tasty gummy form. They come in a cute gummy bear shape in a 30 day supply. Easy to take and chew. Bottle was sealed and secure.

The media could not be loaded. The product is as the seller described. The gummies are virtually tasteless. I like that there's only 10 calories per serving.

Took the product for 2 days and my heart is beating out of my chest….tried to return but it is not eligible. Stay away from this product

It's a 30 day supply (60 gummies at a recommended daily dose of 2 per day), and I think it's a bit pricey in that respect.The number are great on the label, however. Only 10 calories, 3 grams of carbohydrates, and 2 grams of sugar for two of these beauties. That's pretty awesome, and good news for those of us who are diabetic, following a ketogenic diet, or just monitoring & controlling their carb intake.Very nice product. Powerful nutrients.

I take 2 gummies early in the morning. Their taste is a pleasant balance of sweetness and acidity. This powerful complex of vitamins C, D3, B12, shilajit, ashwagahdha and chaga makes my morning. I feel more energy and brain clarity. Recommended.
