It tasted good! I liked all the vitamins it has and no sugar. It did give me a boost of energy too after cleaning the house all day long. I really love these and also the fact that it’s 12oz. It was just enough for me! I’m going to start buying these from now on. I want to try the chocolate ones too. I wish they made other flavors. But unfortunately that’s all I saw, was chocolate and vanilla. But that’s fine! I’ll take what they have. It’s good quality for the money. I didn’t have any effects on my stomach. And I didn’t mix this with anything. I drank it straight of course on an empty stomach. I’m not hungry right now after drinking it. It was satisfying for now until I eat my dinner. Highly recommend!

These are certainly a high protein shake. They have a little different taste but I enjoyed them

Taste is very good. Has good amount of protein. Downside is cost. More expensive than competitive brands. Good quality ingredients.

Idk what is going on with this product, but I received my box, and chucks of stuff was swallowed when I drank it. I poured out that bottle and I opened another bottle and I poured it into a filter, i picked out chucks of clear mushy stuff.Smh, I'm sure that is probably what I swallowed from the first bottle.I am aware it needed to be shaken vigorously- i did that and there were still protein chunks in it- I'm sure that is because it was probably getting stuck with the clear mushy chunks that was in it.I will never purchase the bottles again. However I am open to exploring the powder simply because of the nutrients and just making it at home so I can see whats in it. But I wouldn't likely be making that purchase anytime soon- I'm still grossed out about this recent experience. The one I drank also didn't taste too good- however it wasn't expired.. from this experience I would say product quality: POOR. taste: UNPLEASANT. thickness: QUESTIONABLY THICK. no overall health benefits experienced(unable to bare the taste)

I appreciate it...but I HATE low carb and low sugar because it tastes off. I only bought these cause the other ones were out of stock. Had to give them away to family members.But overall I've had worse low carb low sugar drinks. These aren't too bad.

LOVE this protein drink!! Consistency, flavor, no sugar (or other sweetener that raises blood sugar), nutrition make this drink my favorite all time! In addition, I’ve had gastritis flare ups and the vanilla shake has been a lifesaver to calm my stomach! I highly recommend!!!!
