Great workout tool.over priced
Really good for mental training more than anything.its not the same as high altitude training but it does make training a lot harder,you really have to concentrate on your breathing.highly recommended,I would have put 5 stars but to be honest the quality doesn't match the price tagged.i was actually quite shocked when I saw the material it was made from.but it is patented so theY can sell it for what they like I suppose

this is with out dought a brilliant piece of kit iv been do 1 mile runs to 5 mile runs with this mask and when it comes to running with out the mask you can really tell that your fitness has been improved, the mask comes in three sizes so its very easy to pick with size you need, fits round the face very well, the selction of elevation is very easy to understand and select, over all i think its amazoning, hahah get the pun, and would recomend it to anyone who wants to train the cardio spectrum

Great for increasing intensity
Very pleased with this. I brought this as a way to get my heart rate in a fat burning zone with an injury. Did the job well and adds another dimension to my training. Makes basic things a lot more intense. I wouldn't suggest wearing this out in public unless you want to get arrested though...
