I've always been skeptical of supplements and was skeptical of the Mars Surge Max when I ordered it, but read up on it and decided to give it a try. I've tried the shilajit gel thing in the past year and that didn't do anything. Primarily, I researched supplements for cortisol weight gain in men and this came up in my research. I am happy and impressed with the Surge Max. I do not gain or lose weigh much, and noticed over the last year that I had a softer, thicker midsection/belly/thighs forming with no difference in lifestyle or diet. I chalked it up to getting older and some stress related life stuff over the last couple years, and started researching. I can say, from the first couple days of taking the Mars, I noticed an uplift of temperament and energy. Not like I just drank three coffees kind of energy, just an overall uplift and less to no mid day crashes. I also noticed, without any diet change, that my midsection slimmed down a little and I lost about 8 lbs in 10 days. That is unheard of for me. I never lose or gain weight that quickly. One bottle at 2 pills a day is right at a months supply, so I have ordered more and will continue. I am very happy with my results and for $26/month, I feel it's a decent value for the results.
