The optic base came loose from the riser, it rattles, tried tightening screws underneath that hold it to the riser to no effect. It came this way I tighenend it and it just gets loose again. Cant even get the screws up to add locktight. Dot is bright and glass is clear. Wish it was not defective I had high hopes for it.Update: they sent me out a new one which is functioning perfectly, no issues and glass is still clear and dot is nice and small. I suggest that if you get one that is loose or anything wrong just contact them, the customer service top notch, quick and responsive. I would feel confident in ordering more of these , I bought some other brands that cost a lot more, they dont feel as sturdy, the dots all bloom, and I now know this dot is better than the competitor with direct response quality customer sevice.Price is significantly lower, if you have issues contact them they will make it right. Quality is great and worth it knowing that they stand behind their product. They Shipped out right away arrived in two days.

Ordered this based on a YouTube review. It works well and looks nice. Wish the lens was coated, but for the money, I can't complain. I got a set of Monstrum lens covers for it and they fit just right. I did experience a dead battery after storing it with the dot turned off, so I'm deducting 1 star due to latent battery drain. Otherwise, I'm pleased.

Very nice sight for the money. Is it the same quality of an Eotech, no, but for the average joe this is a great sight for what you pay for it. The knob to turn on the dot and change brightness/color is excellent. It is not too stiff and not too loose. Love that you can switch between the red and green dot. The sight and mount seem to very good quality. The sight was easy to install on my rifle and was a perfect height. Will give this thing a beating and see how it holds up but initial impressions are good. The only thing they need to improve on is the actual dot itself. It’s not crisp like a Aimpoint or even a Bushnell. If they get get that dialed in better, they will have an awesome sight for the everyman. Folks just remember you don’t always need to buy the most expensive stuff that all the “tacticool” guys have to have a good item.

I bought this unit assuming I wasn't going to be able to see an actual dot, as I was under the impression I had some sort of eye problem (which I do but doesn't affect me with this red dot) the first red dot I bought before this one was a Twod red dot, the Twod unit did not appear as a dot instead it appeared as a star shaped reticle. I decided to go to my local store and compare the Twod with a store red dots, when I got to the store I asked the sales representative to show me a high end red dot, he pulled out an amipoint, to my surprise the aimpoint dot looked just like my Twod dot, distorted, just brighter so I attributed the issue to my eyes (Mild astigmatism). The reason why I bought this OTW red dot was because I liked the mount style, when I received it I was very surprised by the quality, the dot looked significantly brighter than my Twod red dot but less than the aimpoint and unexpectedly the actual dot looked like a dot, I have no idea why but it did, after mounting it on my 10.5" AR15, I took it to the range and the unit was able to hold zero after 3 mags. unfortunately I will have to return it as the mount that it uses appears to be proprietary, I ordered a T1,T2/Romeo5 style riser mount to accomplish lower 1/3 co-witness and unfortunately the mount doesn't fit, I thought this OTW unit used the same mount style as the above but it doesn't, it appears to be proprietary and that's a huge deal breaker. If I was just rating the quality of the unit and red dot itself, I would give it 5 stars, unfortunately the mount it uses, makes this unit useless.
