There are 3 buttons on the mirror. One is in the shape of a light bulb if you hold it down for a couple seconds it can turn off. Do the same to turn it back on. To change the color of the lights just press the light button and it will change to another color. If you want to dim the light there is an up and down arrow icon also on the mirror.
