Great machine but couldn’t find replacement filters
I used this for a bit and noticed an improvement in air quality. I realised that it need filter replacement after every six months and looked for them online. Unfortunately I couldn’t find any and called the manufacturer. They couldn’t help with stock so I replaced the purifier with one from a different brand

Poor customer service.
In less than 12 months use in smoke free environment, the motor makes a constant squeaking sound. Sent video to warranty claims and I was told that it was not very loud and that I should clean the filter regularly.
