Good for a variety of reasons
I’m using this while TTC to help thicken and maintain my uterine lining while undergoing fertility treatment. I can’t take very big pills and I was worried at first because these seem pretty big, but surprisingly I take them with no problems. It seems like a good supplement added to my multivitamin.

A good source of the benefits of vitamin E that are easy to swallow and have been shown to have a wide range of tested benefits. I personally take it for my heart and blood, though I have noted having a higher platelet count (thicker blood) over a period time, when I hadn't donated blood. This likely reflects my lifestyle and so I still believe it to be helpful.

Pill size was ok, it had started to help with my skin health, it was easy to swallow and the vitamin is effective. Use based on the bottle recommendations or your doctor. I went to my doctor before and after to run test to see how the vitamin was performing in my body and it was a plus after results.
