Hilariously big, but it's not stupid if it works.
Okay listen—they are comically huge. Like, even folded up in the box they're about 50% longer than the Always Infinity 5, my usual go-to. But I am a big lady (size 18) with a heavy period (fibroids, so fun) and I slept through the night last night. These covered the back of my underwear, came up high enough in the front, and are extremely absorbent. Five stars, I'm not sleeping in other pads ever again.

Omg I have never been one to use Kotex ever was always an Always girl until they kept messing with the formula and I started breaking out…so I switched to cloth pads and period underwear…i happened to be traveling and mother nature called and this brand was all they had in stock and it did a good job of holding me…well now I have officially switched and have never and I repeat never been happier….i stay dry and have zero I repeat zero smell…Now lets talk about this overnight pad for any of my sisters who sleep with two and three underwear and a pair of pj shirts just so you are not washing the sheets in the morning this is the pad for you…the sucker goes all the way up the back of your underwear and catches all of the sneaky runners trying to escape to make you do laundry…it fans out and covers your bum…i finally get to sleep in just my undies like I don't have my period free and comfortable and not waking up every five minutes to check…Thank you to whomever designed this pad cause you had me in mind. These work really well especially for those heavy cycle days. They’re huge and they have wings.

Good coverage.
Holds up well for someone with really heavy bleeding (endometriosis or PCOS), but the thick version is the best.

Very large but they do the job
They do the job, they're very large and if that's what you need they are great. Otherwise, i'd go with a slightly smaller size pad.
