Take it once a day and believe it does contribute to increased energy level. May have taken a few days for levels to build up and to notice the increased energy level. The vitamin is very small and quickly dissolves. The dosage is what was medically suggested. As always if you have any prolonged tiredness or other problem always see a doctor and get tested

This vitamin supplement is awesome!😍
I keep the bottle right beside my bed so I never forget to take it. I seriously doubt that would happen anyway though. They are sweet tasting and I have cut out my desserts so sucking on this vitamin feels like sucking on a candy. The amount in every bottle is perfect for the entire year. You can't get any better than that! 😍❤️

B is for B12, Good Energy
