These softgels aren't too fat for me to get down easily, as the 200mg ones I've tried are! My mother had heart problems, so I like to take these every day as a precaution.

The media could not be loaded. Been taking this for about a year. Doesn't smell weird. Seems to be doing the job, cholesterol etc are good and it gives me energy 👍
