Basic but effective
I probably didn't read the details as well as I should have as I thought it'd be more detailed than it is.It's the hard cardboard pages and one line on most pages so doesn't hold the attention of my 4 & 6 year old kids very well - HOWEVER - they do LOVE them and we read them all the time as they love the illustrations. Think I should have got an older age group.

These books are amazing, we are expecting baby no 2 and my 2 1/2 year old loves these, the simple wording and pictures is excellent to help explain what's happening and helps print questions from my daughter, would highly recommend these books for anyone expecting again with a toddler

Bought this series to introduce my son to his new sibling.. Good for preparing, doesn't guarantee constant harmony.

good little books
new baby brother or sister, this little set of books is very good to help explain why or what is going on, they are board books so will take the wear and tear, and help explain different things going on.. well worth trying.

Any child will love this book
Any child will love this book. For an 18 month old Its a lovely book to at, points things out. For an older child you will certainly start to engage in conversation about what it will be like for the child to be a big brother/sister, what the child will expect to happen once the younger child reaches an age when he/she is into everything. Love this book and its well worth the money.
