Q: Waterproof rating 350-400mm? not very good then.

Only used once so far but in heavy rain. Was dry.

Q: Does it come with a stove jack or not? It says it does at the top but it doesn't in another place.

I ordered one earlier this year - 2023 and it came with one attached.

Q: Where can I buy a groundsheet for this?

There is an internal tent piece that you can get but it’s not cheap. You may be able to get an off brand octagonal ground sheet but if you are camping with a stove you will need to adapt the ground sheet so the stove is not on it.

Q: What are the dimensions of this tent when packed down?

Packed into the bag, it measures 60cm long, width 25cm and height 25cm but could be compressed more.
