Absolutely love my GorillaPod, it works on many of my cameras including my DSLR, it is much more suited to an action camera or small digital camera as it can give a little when my DSLR is mounted, but I needed something that was carry friendly and easy to travel with.I wouldn't trust it to hold my DSLR on a high ledge but would work fantastic for action cameras brilliantly.If I don't use it for a while the legs can get a little stiff but after some use they ease up.This is a great price and the GorillaPod has excellent quality, it can't be compared to other cheaper non-brand versions.I'd recommend this to anyone who uses action cameras or needs a travel-friendly sized pod, it's easy to set up on a table or floor and will beatable enough for a DSLR in this manner.I also use it for extra stability when taking shots with my DSLR, I carry it attached to the camera, it's not heavy.

Having received a GoPro as a gift, I noticed GoPro had quite a lack of good versatile mounts on offer, and the ones they did offer were ridiculously overpriced. I needed something that could handle all of the locations and environments and locations I would be filming it, and this looked like a good choice.The Joby GorillaPod Action Tripod is a great accessory for anyone using Gorpros in fixed locations without having the bulk of a tripod to weigh you down on your travels. the Gorilla pod also has the versatility to cling on to objects that would normally hinder setting up a normal tripod.Door handle? railing? Branch? Uneven surface? No problem, the Joby GorillaPod Action Tripod will conquer these with ease. Another great feature on the tripod is the spirit level, ensuring that no matter how uneven the surface is, you can be confident that your footage will be straight so no need for re-shoots!Another perk to this tripod is that it doesn't just fit GoPro cameras, the tripod actually has a standard threaded tripod mount so any camera with the standard mounting thread can be used, the gopro part of the tripod is a gopro mount with a threaded mounting attachment underneath. This is the compact version of the GorillaPod though, so keep in mind it will probably only be able to hold smaller digital cameras without moving. For bigger cameras and DSLRs go for a larger version.I found the gorillapod can also double as a good handle for filming, I straightened out the legs of the tripod and was able to use this as a good point and shoot handle with the GoPro, a testament to the versatility to the tripod!The Gorilla pod arrived well packaged, in an outer cardboard box as well as it's own product packaging, the item was well protected and arrived in perfect condition. Definitely recommend this for adventure enthusiasts!

I used this for a solid month of holding it in my hand/mounting it to things for 90% of my awake day with a GoPro attached while i travelled around Europe. Absolutely love it and i'm not sure how i would have coped without. The legs are sturdy, grip to things well and bend how i want it to. The ball joint is super useful for getting the right angle while you're mounted to a tree or pole or in tripod mode or even in your hand. The quick release clip meant i could take off my GoPro and attach my DSLR for long exposure shots, without having to screw in anything (though i don't recommend this for heavy cameras as the legs don't handle it as well, they have a different version for DSLRs).Unfortunately after a month of use one leg started to pop out every now and then when putting too much pressure on (first happened while wrapping it around a tree), but they gave me a replacement so i'm happy.

I'm a fan of the Joby products, I've got both the small and large GorillaPod's.The larger one is more heavy duty and can easily be wrapped around tree branches and poles once in the right position - and it's a good tripod as well.My only concern is that after only a few months use one of the legs has become very loose which can be a challenge when setting up certain positions. The spirit level is a nice touch too, although I've not use it that often.

Este tripié es fácil de poner en cualquier lado, es versátil, además de resistente, llevo casi un año usándolo en mi vida diaria, mantiene buena calidad en sus materiales, yo lo he usado en agua salada, piscina, tierra y hasta nieve, y en ningún momento me ha defraudado, bastante recomendado.En los comentarios he visto un par de personas que dicen que se les ha roto, pero seguramente es por alguna falla en la fabricación, al final , hay que recordar que en cualquiera de esos casos, Amazon tiene políticas de devoluciones y reembolsos

O suporte da JOBY é referência na filmografia. Como iniciante no YouTube investi inicialmente no JOBY 3K, voltado para DSLRs, mas senti falta de um suporte menor, para celular e GoPro. Este caiu como uma luva no meu uso. Já é o que mais utilizo: seja para suporte do próprio celular em videos, ou para suporte da Ring Light durante a montagem do Setup com a Camera DSLR.Recomendo sempre a linha JOBY, excelente material de construção; passa confiança.

Ich benutze das Stativ jetzt seit 3 Wochen intensiv auf Reisen und bin wirklich begeistert. Der Kugelkopf ist hochwertig produziert und lässt sich intuitiv benutzen. Die Wasserwaage ist ein super Indikator um die Horizontalausrichtung zu checken. Ich nutze das Stativ mit einer Gopro10 und habe keine Kompatibilitätsprobleme. Das Stativ hing schon an allem Möglichen und lässt auch auch in jedem unwegsamen Gelände sicher aufstellen. Vom Sand haben sich die Kugelgelenke bisher nicht beeindrucken lassen.Einziges Manko ist der Sitz des Adapters für die Gopro. Zwischen Adapter und Stativ ist Spiel. Wenn man also das Stativ spontan als Handheld nutzen möchte wackelt die Gopro schon sehr. Aber es ist ja schließlich ein Stativ und der Name erklärt seinen Nutzen ja selbst.
