Would this be a good brush for painting in between boards on deck

The smaller the brush the better to get down between the boards. Spray painting might be the best solution.

The description is confusing- in some places it says it’s a single brush but it also says 2. How many is it?

I received one brush. You will love this brush. I ordered 2 more and gave one as a gift to my daughter who paints furniture.

Can this be used with oil based paints?

Yes. But be gentle when cleaning the brush
