Love this stuff!!
I drink one nightly for quality recovery from workouts , the health benefits and all the good ingredients. I like the small size because they’re easy to travel with. They’re also tasty and the price is good for a large package.

This tart cherry juice (pure juice, not from concentrate) is documented to improve your recovery from exercise, running, biking, swimming, etc. Highly recommended.

I am a believer
**** 4 month update**** I am a bigger believer now than I was when I originally published this review. I have suffered from shoulder pain for years... now it is virtually gone! I can play catch with my daughter without the usual shoulder pain the next day. There definitely seems to be a cumulative effect on how it works. I honestly feel about 10 years younger (in terms of aches/pains/stiffness)---- original review----So my wife and I have been drinking Cheribundi for a few weeks now. We were both pretty skeptical that it would actually reduce inflammation... but it really seems to work. My wife and I can both tell the difference. I gave one to my BIL and he also said that he noticed a difference. Now you need to align your expectations. When I say it "works" I'd say it is roughly on the same scale as one advil. it knocks the bite out of the pain, but it it's not going to fully relieve severe arthritis. My wife has pretty severe sciatica and certainly doesn't do enough to get her off her meds. It does, however, take the edge off a rainy day for her.As for me, I notice the little aches and pains I have accumulated seem to be much less. I am closing in on 50YO - so things like annoying knee pains and issues with my toes all seem to be less.Taste - I like it, but its not going to be for everyone. Remember it is "tart" cherry so it isn't sweet and can almost make you pucker. Everyone why has tasted it has liked it... but I do know that not everyone likes tart cherries. One thing I really like is that there isn't any filler juice. Most products have added apple or grape juice to help sweeten them and dilute the more expensive fruit. That's not the case here, it is only tart cherries.Final Verdict - you mileage may vary, but so far we are pretty impressed. If they were cheaper I'd probably drink two or three a day.

Great for inflammation, tastes good too!
What can I say about tart cherry juice, other than it's AMAZING! I have terribly achy joints. Every night I was taking 4 ibuprofen before bed and another 4 in the middle of the night just so I could sleep without being in complete pain. I started taking various supplements like turmeric, devils claw, stinging nettle, quercetin, and a handful of others. All of these helped but I was still needing to take 2 ibuprofen before bed and sometimes another 2 in the middle of the night. Enter tart cherry juice.I started taking 1/3 of a cup of this every night before bed. I take it at night because cherries contain a little bit of melatonin and I'm very sensitive to melatonin so it's a nighttime supplement for me. It took about a week of taking it every night but I started noticing that I was not in pain when I went to bed, and would start to forget to take the ibuprofen before bed. A month into taking it, and I never had to take ibuprofen for joint pain before bed again. I have now been ibuprofen free for about 4 months. It totally works, but it takes a bit for your system to adjust to it, and once you do, you'll notice if you miss a dose. As a bonus, tart cherry and the other natural anti-inflammatory supplements I take have also seriously improved my sinus problems. I hardly ever have to use nose strips when I sleep anymore.I have tried various tart cherry capsules, but none of them worked like the juice. This is the best way to take it and it's worth every penny. Taking 1/3 of a cup a night is also very reasonable price-wise. It's especially affordable if you have Amazon prime (which is awesome). On nights when I've been out dancing or if I've done a lot of exercise, I'll have 1/2 cup to counteract muscle inflammation. The taste is very good as well. Despite the name, it is less tart than cranberry juice. Great to add to smoothies or to drink by itself.
