You Need This to Clean That Chopping Thing You Had to Have
I won't lie, I love my chopping thing. Being able to have every piece of tomato exactly the same size gives me a ridiculous amount of satisfaction. However, trying to clean it is a bummer. This little tool gets all of the bits and pieces out, but unfortunately is easy to misplace. I was so glad to find that I could purchase replacements! The last one I had was found in the garbage disposal, so make sure you keep track of them!

The answer to my headline question is...I don't think so. It isn't real sturdy, so you will lose teeth over time so be gentle. The price is a bit much but what can you do? Go to your local machine shop and have one made out of steel maybe? That should only cost about a hundred dollars. It does exactly what it was designed for so quit complaining about the price and buy them because they work just fine. If you have the Vidalia Chop Wizard, it is a necessity.
