These tiles are so pretty! I used them to make mosaic stepping stones and they worked beautifully! Even though the colored part of the tiles is transparent, they have a white backing which gives them a more uniform look. And the little case is an added bonus. I think they could be a little less expensive but they are good quality so I guess it's worth it.

Nice quality beautiful colors. Tons of options. I'll have to order more to make something big.

Pretty colors and they work great for me

I hate the little compartments you have to fish these tiles out of. I've lost a couple of tiles due to them breaking as I retrieved them from their little cubby holes in the box they came in. Plus, the removable partitions between colors are as useless as a ti-... I won't quote my dad (sorry!) but they slide, fall out, allow colors to mix with one another, and are as useful as a freezer in an igloo.The white coating/ backing scratches off, too. I'm pretty sure these are translucent iridescent tiles with coated film on the back that gives them their color.I do like the looks of these tiles, though, and the little pencil boxes I've made turned out quite nicely- that's according to not only myself but all the other people above asked to buy them from me upon seeing the ones pictured. You can decide for yourself.I dig 'em. I've already purchased more. If you're planning on using these for a project larger than, say, a drink coaster or two, you're going to want to purchase multiple sets or buy your favorite colors, individually. I've resorted to buying boxes of individual colors because there's more variety, they're much easier to pluck out of the resealable plastic bag they come in, and out of 12 boxes I received, none were broken/ unusable.

This was a cooperative project created by youth in the youth room at a drop-in event for adults. They had a lot of fun and did that 9 x 12 mosaic in 90 minutes! The tiles are iridescent, really nice. The drawing underneath was a person sitting and looking into a pool by mountains.

A nice quality and quantity for the price. They work very well for mosaic work and have nice smooth edges which are not sharp. They could be a little larger but overall are great and will buy again.
