Game changer for old hands that enjoy big books!
Where have you been all my life!? I read history, biography, and true crime, so many of the books I read are pretty big. The older I get the more that arthritis and carpal tunnel get to me, so holding a book can be a little painful. I've tried a lot of different things. The closest I've come is a book seat. Over the years the filling on that have lost their "puff" so I resorted to buying the same type of filler and bulking it up again, but time has done that in as well. The seat comes with a plastic bar with a chord through it so you can tighten it at the bottom of the book. Problem has always been with that is that with larger books, it's a challenge because when you're at the beginning and end of the book it's almost impossible for that system to work well. Plus over the years the cinch has lost its grip and the chord it's elasticity. So... I saw this FlipKlip and thought I'd give it a try. Game changer! Hold the book open from the top or bottom and it's very easy to flip pages. So far so awesom! I also ordered a Flippy to replace my played out Book Seat, because it's made of a sold foam piece instead of styrofoam beads. Hopefully, I'll be set for years to come.

Pocket Sized
I prefer a full sized wood book holder that tilts the book in various angles. However when reading on the go this is amazing. It fits in my pocket or in a bag with my book. My wood book holders cannot fit in my pocket. It also seems quite durable for being plastic. You may want to use some blank paper to rub against the rubber feet a few times as they can some times be slightly oily and leave a stain on the book.Overall I am very happy with this item.

Very Handy
Very handy and lightweight for keeping books open. Turning the page from the right side holder is quite easy, tucking into the left side holder takes a bit of practice.

a handy little gadget
love this! relieves hand fatigue not having to hold my book at all or being able to hold it in a more comfortable position. turning the pages is easy once you get used to it, and it won't damage your books. in terms of size, it does max out around 700 pages.

Goid product but overpriced
The spring loaded arms can easily handle a good size book og 800 pages. But at $20, its a bit expensive. It did offer two for $25 or three for $30 but I didn't need more than one so why waste extra $$.

Plastic prices must be soaring!
The product does what the manufacturer claims it does, but is not remotely worth the price. It is made of plastic, not aluminum or some other metal (that is, a material that justifies the price). I can't recommend it.In my opinion, this clip should cost no more than a clip for a potato chip bag.

Works well
I only received this and started using it, so I can't speak for its durability over time, but I can say that I love it so far! I have rheumatoid arthritis, and it's sometimes difficult or painful to hold books open, but this is doing the job well with the medium-sized book I'm currently reading. It holds the book open, and it is easy to turn the pages; it works exactly like the product video shows.
