Will these do well growing hydroponic romaine lettuce to maturity indoors?

I grow my succulents under these lights and they are amazing! No stretching and great coloring on my plants. These could for sure grow lettuce or any plants.

Are these really bright? is 1100 lumens the total for all the lights, or is that per light?

These are bright white. I don't know about the lume but I used 1 to replace an old Florissant set and it way brighter and pure white not blueish like the old one.
