We bought this for our daughter in law to utilize with the grandkids shoe sizes. Today there is one and she is just beginning to wear shoes. As I recall, little ones change shoe sizes several times a year. This is an easy way to know where to start looking for shoes in a new size. And there are two measurers, one for adults as well. Very useful and not expensive.

I’ve been wanting one of these for a long time. Since we don’t go into shoe stores anymore and have someone with an appropriate tool assist you to measure your kids’ true foot size- WE’VE BEEN BLINDLY ordering our best guess-timate of our children’s shoe size. I purchased this because we order shoes and jackets for a school on Pine Ridge Reservation in Wanblee,SD. The elementary students get a pair of winter boots and a coat from our organization and having a tool to get the correct shoe size will help us make better purchases so they can get their boots prior to the bad winter weather!

I ordered these to make ordering shoes for my children easier since their shoe sizes constantly change. When I measured my 11-year-old's feet, it said they were a size bigger than mine. I knew that was not possible because we frequently put our feet up against each other, and mine are several inches bigger. So, I measured my feet. According to this, I’m a woman’s 9. I’ve worn a women’s 7.5 since I was a teenager.
