Looks delicate yet professional!
As soon as it arrived, I was surprised that it’s so compact and shorter than I expected. Usually, penlights span a bit longer than the length of a standard pen but the total exterior look especially the design & finish, the 3-mode light switch choices, & durable exterior seems like it will withstand time. I use it in my medical profession & so far, the ones I need to examine comes out quickly distinct under its brightness.

Great for Medical Professionals
This pen is great for a medical professional. Having three brightness settings is nice when you need to look in someone's eye without blinding them but also look in their throat and see clearly. I especially like the true color. So many pen lights washout tissue colors, making it difficult to decipher the amount of redness. However, this light keeps those different shades true-to-normal. It's also a nice looking flashlight that feels solid in my hand. I'm planning on buying a second one for camping. I think the light diffusor will be really handy in a tent or hanging over a table.

My favorite of all those tested
I bought 3 top competitors, this one is my favorite!This light goes in my shirt pocket when I leave the house for the day. It's just so handy!Three modes to preserve battery life. Brightest mode is more than adequate of a full size flashlight. Dimmest is ideal for finding my way to the bathroom when in a hotel. The rubber glow cap is really cool for finding the light in the dark.

A must have. Extremely versatile
In my humble opinion, i don’t know if there is a better penlight than this. The finish looks nice, it feels nice and heavy, the clip is sturdy, the 3 different light settings are perfect when assessing a patient’s eyes and mucus membranes etc. looks really nice in the pocket. I use rechargeable batteries but haven’t had to charge them yet. No issues with battery life etc.
