TRU-B12: Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin (Methyl B12), Extra Strength (2500mcg), 90 B12 Sublingual Tablets.

This is ridiculous. Got these yesterday and these are NOT SUBLINGUAL. You can't get them to dissolve under your tongue. After about 30 minutes of this rough little disc under my tongue I finally chewed it a bit and tried to hold the resulting bits under my tongue as long as I could stand it. I've had sublingual B12 before & these ones just plain are NOT SUBLINGUAL. So, I go to return the product for a refund because it's ridiculous to spend money on a falsely advertised product (if it doesn't dissolve per the directions, how am I to know any other part is accurate). This item is not eligible for return. Of course not. When you sell a bad product, you don't guarantee it.

Contrary to many negative reviews, it seems to me that the slow dissolving nature of these little pills make it more likely that they accomplish their intended function by facilitating absorption of vitamin B 12. The chemical formulation of B12 here Is also supposed to be superior. Works for me.

This product is not a favorite of mine. I ended up buying something else and throwing this away. They say it's sublingual to be dissolved under your tongue. The problem was that it did not dissolve! I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I've used several brands of B12. I'm told it is far better to let this dissolve under the tongue and absorb it directly that send it through the digestive system. These pills...do not dissolve. After an hour it's still pretty much intact. I sense a slight benefit, at best.

I realize that a lot of the reviews are complaining about them not really dissolving well, which I agree with, but my B12 levels are normal now where they used to be very low. So they did the job and that’s good enough for me!

I've taken B-12 with a similar dosage that gave more of a lift. The worst part is these don't melt. You have to chew them and even then they don't melt.

These tablets do not dissolve well at all, despite being held under the tongue for a very long time.. I would not purchase again.

Terrible. They simply don't melt. After a half hour under the tongue, the pill was almost whole. Don't waste your money on these. I am not comfortable they will even be absorbed.
