It was supposed to be 12 inches high.And it is only 11 inches high. Cover seems the same as the foam underneath although there is a zipper to remove.We will have to use this wedge on top of other wedge pillow that is only 7 inches.

I rather prefer a darker color pillow cover than this white/beige. I sew a cover on top to prevent dirty ..... but overall very good quality

My husband had surgery and has to spend a lot of time in bed. Instead of multiple pillows to support his back, he uses the wedge pillow which has proved to. be more comfortable. I would recommend this product to friends and family. I'm looking forward to receiving an extra free cover!

Good pillow

I'm a GP but now care for my father with dementia full time. I'd noticed he has obstructive sleep apnoea, snoring loudly, blocking off his breathing when sleeping on his back and Cheyne-Stoking (breathing with alternating periods of hyperventilation and long pauses. His oxygen saturation wasn't affected but he became very sleepy during the day and unable to mobilise. I noticed turning him onto his right side and positioning his arms and legs in the recovery position allowed his breathing to become unobstructed and regular. There is no way he would tolerate any devices used for sleep apnoea. Within a few days he became alert and his mobility improved dramatically. Within a week he was back to managing stairs unaided. Keeping him off his back required more than just a cushion. This wedge provides the ideal aid to keeping him on his side. I still sometimes put a spare cushion on top behind his back for added support. This wedge is also useful to cover the wooden bars of his hospital bed and wall so if he chooses to lean back from sitting on the side of his bed, he doesn't hit his head. It is well made and worth every penny.

Size and shape as described, and arrived nicely packed. Have only had the product a short while so can't say if it will get softer over time. Personally, I'd have liked the foam a little firmer so am using it with an additional pillow to sit up in bed.

Da ich öfter im Bett noch lese, und bisher immer ziemliche Rückenschmerzen dabei bekommen habe. Wurde mir empfohlen ein solches Keilkissen mal auszuprobieren.Die Auswahl nach solchen Produkten ist schon sehr umfangreich, aber ich habe mich für dieses Produkt entschieden.Und wurde nicht enttäusch.Das Kissen schein hochwertig und erfüllt sein zweck.Die Hülle ist abnehmbar und waschbar, und scheint auch sehr hochwertig zu sein.Alles im allem kann ich das Produkt nur Empfehlen.

Wenn man das Kissen an eine Wand oder an ein Holzwand legt, dann kann es sein, dass ein gewisse Haltbarkeit gegeben ist. Aber hätte ich an der notwendigen Stelle eine Wand oder ein Brett, dann würde es auch ein stinknormales Kissen tun. Mit der in den gefakten Produktfotos gezeigten Stützfähigkeit hat dieses Produkt aber rein gar nichts zu tun. Das Kissen sinkt bei Sitzposition auf der Couch sofort in sich zusammen und bietet keinerlei Halt oder gar Stütze. Hätte ich die Fotos etwas genauer betrachtet, hätte mir schon bei der auf dem Kissen liegenden Dame auffallen müssen, dass dieses Bild manipuliert ist. Fazit: Staubfänger, der zurück geht.
