Does this go with backpack?

What I do like: zips are of good quality. The combo fits well with cabin luggage. The waterproofing is nice to have.What I don’t like: Velcro was not sewed properly and already loose in some areas. Considering the material and functionality, it feels overpriced. Just a textile box without much of a smart design.
