Foam Board Hangers Metal Sawtooth - 100 Pack - Foamcore Hanger

I used these for thin foam boards from Hobby Lobby to which I mounted photos I shot. You can bend the insert tabs a bit to decrease the depth to which they will penetrate the board. My foam board is about 1/4". I had many waiting-to-hang mounted prints leaning up against the wall on the mantle until I found these little gems. And only one is required for a 16x20 print. When hung, the prints stand off the wall just enough to be classy. Just make sure you get them exactly centered on the back of the print.

I am using these to hang pictures that I mounted on foam board and they work great. As others have mentioned you can bend the two spikes at different angles so you can get them to work with different thickness foam boards (3/16" boards are fine). These are also priced very well (the 100 pack) and come in a small box with a bag of 100 in it).

They make it really easy to hang anything mounted on foam core. I'm a photographer and it makes it easy to hang my photos. It's also easy to take them down and remove the hangers. When I use adhesive hangers they always rip off a portion fo the foam core. These just leave a few tiny holes.

These hangers are specifically designed for foam boards, with up-angled tines to let gravity do the work of holding them in place. They look very flimsy but they work. I used just a single one to hang a 24" X 36" 3/4" thick foam board. That board has an additional 3/16" matte board with a photograph glued on, so the whole thing really weighs a lot. Conventional straight in hangers simply pulled out trying to do the same job.

I bought them because I need them to mount my pictures for photo exhibition. They are great. I wish they have smaller packet too. This was too many and I have more than half left with me.

I recently had a picture mounted on a 3/4 inch foam board for a gallery showing and didn't have anything to hang it up with. I ordered these and bought some clear hanging wire and it worked perfectly.

Worked fine with 1/8" foam core, as long as you didn't use too much pressure. None of MY paintings were damaged. Very Sturdy. I used tape to secure them, but they seem very strong.

I am a custom picture framer, and had used this type of hanger for years but they recently became unavailable from my supplier. Occasionally I dry mount posters on foam core. those plastic stick-on hangers just don't do the job. The adhesive lets go and the poster gets damaged. I have never had one of these saw toothed hangers fail.
