Dented tin and zero earl grey flavour
I ordered two 80 tea bag caddies...breakfast tea and earl grey. Both tins arrived dented. The so-called Earl Grey smelled like old dry plain black tea. I had a cup of Asda's basic own brand earl grey tea earlier and it's far superior to this rubbish. The Breakfast Tea was dull as ditch water too. I tried the auto-return/refund option and both items came back as non-returnable from the supplier. Eventually, going through Amazon customer services I got a refund for both (thanks Amazon!).I won't be ordering from 'New english teas' again.
