My gastroenterologist recommended this brand. I've been using it for years and it has totally stopped my intestinal spasms, and I only take 1 per day! I plan on using it indefinitely. No mint burping! This stuff gets where it needs to go -the intestines- before opening. Highly recommend.

The peppermint oil in these softgels really helps to calm my stomach and ease any discomfort or bloating.The only downside I have found is that it doesn't seem to relieve every time. There have been a few occasions where I still experienced some discomfort despite taking the recommended dose. Additionally, the softgels make me burp, and while the peppermint scent is pleasant, it can be a bit overpowering at times.Lastly, it's worth noting that this supplement is on the pricey side. However, for those who suffer from IBS and have yet to find an effective treatment, I believe the Mentha-XL 84cnt Softgels are worth the investment

Love this product, it has really works well for me. But the price here has gone up dramatically for some reason. I just got it online at Syncom Pharmaceuticals for only $29.99. I’ve found I have to shop Amazon’s prices these days…

It works for stomach cramping, my doctor recommended this product, and I am glad I followed his instructions and tried this out. My suggestion - Take it slow, one per day, and slowly increase it to 2 or 3 per day based on a need basis.

Doctor recommended and it has worked well for years. One of the best products I have used. I am not surprised to see a few people who did not get relief because the doctor had told me it works great for some individuals while others will get less relief. He recommended just giving it a try and 10 years later I continue to have success. Worth a try and I have ordered directly from company as well as from Amazon. Good luck, I hope it helps you.

Does not work at all

My gastroenterologist recommended this exact product for me. He said it works better than anything he can write a prescription for, and it's peppermint oil, not prescription drugs that could have lots of side effects. The only thing I don't care for with this is that when I take them, I burp up peppermint for hours afterwards. Aside from that SMALL problem, this is a fantastic product for IBS.
