Difficult to use and faulty!!
I previously used a simple one probe non-remote thermometer and although a bit of a pain to have to go to the bbq to operate, it worked well. I thought I would upgrade to the 4 probe remote thermometer when that died and selected this one. I wish I hadn’t - it is really fiddly to use and not at all user friendly and to cap it all only 1 of the 4 probes work!! (the rest all return (Er). To be fair the remote aspect has a good range and works in different rooms but what a waste of money. Obviously I do not have my receipt or I would throw this back.

Great bang for your buck
I’ve been using a bluetooth 6 probe thermometer by another brand and was very happy to go back to an RF based one. Although this one doesn’t track or graph out cooks, it’s a lot easier to use and it’s not dependent on your phone or tablet being within range - which I actually prefer (other than WiFi enabled thermometers, those are great!).You really get 3 meat probes and 1 grill/oven probe which if you’re a charcoal griller, you’re going to really like. The grill probe is shorter than the meat probes which is great for space saving. Li-Ion battery is also a nice touch, nice to never have to worry about batteries again. I found 3 meat probes will be more than enough for most cooks as I rarely need more than 3 meat temps. From an accuracy perspective, this was bang on as well. I compared against my commercial-grade handheld thermometer and each probe was +\- 1 degree (F). The grill probe was just as accurate but not very conducive to pellet grills as they tend to fluctuate in temperature often, it’ll definitely get more use on my WSM on future cooks.Overall this is a pretty sweet thermometer. It’s accurate, range is great, super easy to read and use, alarms are great and easily silenced when needed. I definitely recommend this if you’re in the market for a non-bluetooth thermometer.I did beef and pork back ribs as my first cook with these and definitely wasn’t disappointed. Reverse seared NY strips are next. Check out @grodgrills on IG to see future cooks.

I love it!
I have been using a smoker for the pass 10 years. I have a regular "oven" wireless setup, for smoking it's better then a metal probe, but doesn't give you the smoker temperature. I have a maverick, with 1 smoker probe and 1 meat probe, very much liked it, but the movable parts made it very delicate for a smoker. the little traps doors barely work. Now, I got my inkird IRF-4S. I have a 2 butts on the grill and I have the temperature for both of them. I have my smoker probe and I have a spare probe! I thought it would be a pain to setup, or there would be a procedure to open one device then the other. Nope, it just worked. Big display, easy selection for each probe, and I can relax in the AC while it's cooking. I'm cooking a whole hog in 2 weeks, can't wait to be able to put the probes in very places and track how it cooks. I never was able to have that much info before.I'm very pleased with this device.

Easy to use and accurate.
Very easy to use and accurate thermometer. It comes with 4 probes, and two charge cables and the transmitter and receiver are already paired. The battery arrived charged so I was using it right out of the box. The probes plug into the transmitter nice and tight and the preset temperature ranges for the different types of meat were spot on. I used it on a BBQ chicken tonight and the results were fantastic. I used the magnet to mount it on my bbq, but you can also hang it up or stand it on its stand. The range was excellent, I could couldn’t drop the signal anywhere in my house. The packaging was nice and I reccomend keeping the box for storage. Now I won’t be afraid to use a wireless thermometer in the rain or snow because I am an all star weather grilled.

By far one of my favorited smoking tool
I would like to say how well I have been looked after by the tech department, they went far above expectations helping me with a minor issue. The range can reach father than I will ever need it. A clear easy to read display shows at once all four probes. The transmitter is rain proof and as we all know bbqing or smoking may start out sunny but ends in shower. The receiver can easily be set for a large variety of meat types but you may also set your own personal temps to monitor smoker temp or even monitor oil temperature. I have even used it as a make shift sous vid on a natural gas stove with considerable precision. I love my ink bird product so much I also have the instant probe. I am curtain soon enough that I will be getting their sous vid wifi 1000 watts what is not to love . I highly recomend purchasing ink bird products.
