These are very bright bistage LED Brake lights. That is they do not have a reverse or an amber functionality it is only read and much brighter red. When in normal driving mode there is an awesome red halo that looks great with my brake lights. And when braking the entire thing increases in intensity in the center strip lights up very intense as well.I don’t absolutely love the rubber housing as it often falls out when I am moving my trailer hitch, but anytime I have left this outside I regret to say these lights have gotten forgotten in and stood up through even more abuse of rain and weather from the cold winter of Detroit too hot 90° of Southwest Florida and they worked great... What’s amazing even with how bright these things are we were rear ended in broad daylight with the cargo tray attached, the main reason I am adding this to the review is so that you know that the lights still work great after a approximately 10 to 15 mile an hour collision. I have thought to myself that wrapping them in a loop of either electrical tape or like the black gorilla tape would probably increase the diameter enough to keep them in, but I could potentially see this being an issue to lose these lights. If you did lose them it would suck because you would probably pay double for lights that are about half as good in a truckstop from what I found. All of the big box stores and truckstops had lights that were similar but had nowhere near the output in the intensity of these, but the rubber housing ring mounting solution definitely leaves more to be wanted. On my custom cargo trailer tray that I use these on I weatherproofed, soldered, and heat shrunk all of the cabling so I feel like the rigidity of the power cable kind of keeps mine in place, but this is just something worth mentioning also the cargo trailer tray was a Reese If that helps.

I like the oval marker lights as it simply looks good in my opinion.

The media could not be loaded.  Great overall product. Use of standardized connection made it plug 'n play. Also very bright and likely significantly less current draw than it's predecessor.One area of improvement would be a larger outer diameter and slightly smaller inner diameter of the included gasket. This would allow the assembly to fit much more securely in the trailer/bumper/etc cutout. I ended up reusing the old gaskets for a better fit.

Put these on my boat trailer a month ago and was worried about submerging them. A dozen or so times in and out of the lake and they are as good as new! They are bright and highly visible, which is what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend to a friend!!!

The media could not be loaded.  Exactly what I wanted and nicer than I expected both in how they look without any lights on and how they look and function with the leds on. Note that I recorded with a very scratch lens so it looks low quality, whoops. Also the way they function is when your lights (aka running lights) are OFF and you hit the BRAKES and/or use your TURN the halo AND center led strip light up so the whole light is dedicated to BRAKE/TURN. Now when you have your lights (aka running lights) on the HALO is active only and the center is off and used only for BRAKE/TURN. Would recommend and definitly buying another set or two for my trailer and other truck. The halo is VERY crisp and bright.
