The story does a good job at capturing and relating the spirit of Diwali and all its aspects from the preparation to the celebration itself with the help of the Mr Men & Little Miss characters.It's light-hearted, fun and has wonderful illustrations.

A very lovely book that describes the Indian celebration of Diwali. Brings a big grin every time I pick it up. All the Mr Men & some of the Little Misses all get a look in. Excellent

I wanted to teach my son about Diwali. He loves Mr. Men and Miss. so, this is quite a good book for kids , who wants to have fun and learn. Very good explanation.

My first copy arrived completely damaged due to the courier but one email to amazon and they sent out a brand new replacement. Overall it’s a really good read and explains Diwali really well to a child. My sons only 1 so for now the pictures were more attractive but when he’s old enough, this will be ideal
