KL KLB Sport Metal Swing Set w/ Slide

Good buy slightly overpriced but the kids love it!

I only bought this swing set because it was literally the only basic metal one in stock here or anywhere else. I hoped for what it costs that it would at least be heavy duty. That is not the case. I don't know if this set is always this overpriced or if it is because everyone everywhere is scrambling to get back yard equipment because of the covid pandemic, but either way, this swing set should be priced at about $140 tops. The instructions are clear as mud, luckily I'm pretty mechanical so I barely needed them. The build quality is substandard with poor welds and a terrible powder coating job with several pieces having exposed metal. To top it off, the TWO pieces of steel that make up the portion of the glider swing that you sit on didn't show up. So the glider is entirely useless unless the sellers responds to my request for the missing pieces. I'll update this review if they do replace the missing parts but at this price point, it's ridiculous that I'm missing anything at all. I generally hate reviews that write off an item as "Chinese junk" , but this swing set is absolutely worthy of that moniker. Chinese junk that I would absolutely send back if I didn't already spend 2 hours assembling it and didn't want to wait another THREE WEEKS for shipping like I did to get it here. Very dissatisfied with this Chinese junk.
