Doesn't damage my skin, but also doesn't seem to do anything worth notice.
I keep trying it out, and maybe it's just my skin type, but it doesn't seem to do much beyond help whiteheads rise a little closer to the surface and speed along their own healing. It's only sucked the pus out of two pimples total, and not completely. It has proved most effective on my nose, which gets really oily, and I think it has been helping keep the pores from getting clogged up? It's hard to say, as nothing actually gets drawn completely out.A steam facial and using it after a hot shower to open up the pores hasn't made a difference for me.The heating function of the device meant to be the "hot compress" for opening pores doesn't get warm enough nor do so fast enough to be worthwhile to use. It took several minutes to heat up enough to be even -slightly- warm against my fingers, and only because my hands tend to be cold anyways. It did not get warm enough to help open pores.Beyond that disappointment, it's instructions are not well written though they are understandable. There's a bit to read-between-the-lines, and I recommend looking advice for the device up online instead. You'll find easier to read tutorials and they'll cover more safety tips. The item comes in a nice box for storage that has a magnet closure and is quite sturdy, which I like.My biggest concern with this device is that there is no filter cover over the suction hole inside the machine where pus SHOULD NOT GO - which makes me concerned for the cleanliness of this device long-term for those who do actually get it to work for them. The fact you cannot remove the head to clean inside makes that really gross, honestly. The plastic caps themselves are great - sturdy plastic and just big enough they are easy to clean with a finger under cloth without a special tool to get inside them. The silicone rings on the head that hold the caps in place is a wonderful touch - makes it very easy to add and remove them, and leaves you a smooth cap to clean without the alternative of screw ribs which would collect gunk in them and be harder to clean. If I manage to get it to work, I'll update my review. Otherwise, for me, this product is pretty useless.

Seems to work great, I'm actually impressed thus far.
I only purchased this to be reimbursed for a honest review, that fell through and I was about to return it until I used it.. Now this thing does not look like much and feels cheaper but upon using it, I am actually impressed with the suction quality and the amount of gunk it's able to remove from your face. It has a very useful little operation manual and that is rare with Amazon purchases. So I'm going to give it an honest try and see if it holds up. The heating part does not get super hot that I noticed and doesn't do much but it does feel good after. I also used witch hazel after using to get skin cleaner, I recommend a good moisturizer after. It's my first time ever using a product such as this but so far even my manly fiance wants to use it.

impressive
works really well almost too well i tend to get bruised from this but most likely cause i leave it on to long so i dont recommend using it before a date or anything where you'll be in public right after. use it on long off days just in case you bruise easily like me. does have powerful suction works well on nose always steam face before, boil water transfer it to heat safe bowl lean face over top and steam face that way with towel covering sides so heat doesn't escape if you dont have a facial steamer.

It can help your blackhead problem - it won't be the solution though
I'm a 23 year old dude who has struggled with acne/blackheads since middle school. Tried about every method and medicine under the sun through two different dermatologists and finally, my third year of college I did accutane and it solved most my problems. However, I have always had real deep and pesky blackheads on my nose, and now I am looking for ways of removing these. This was not it. I can notice it pulling some stuff out, but it seemed most of it was surface level whiteheads. One of my problems is that only two of the five heads seemed effective, the other three really seemed pointless. I have tried the product about five or six different times now over the course of a month. Hard to see a noticeable difference. If you have lighter blackheads that are more superficial, I could see this being a great product but for someone like me, this just isn't the solution.

Handy Dandy Skin Cleanser Tool
This is a very easy to use blackhead remover. Works well on sensitive skin too though you have to exercise caution to not keep it long in one area or use too much pressure else will leave red marks (will disappear in a couple days). The blackhead remover works and has minimized and cleared my blackheads. I try to use it once a week. It is so much easier and less painless to use than the traditional manual method of removing blackheads.

Whoa-careful not to suck your face off
I have used this a few times. It seems to work okay- I have some large blackheads on my nose that it has not cleared up. It seems to grab a lot of the small ones- if you use the recommended size-and can suffer through the painful suction-you will notice your nose looking a bit clearer. I like to use the smaller circular option recommended for smaller areas,. THe large suction is very painful-my eyes were watering immensely. Probably better for someone with a lot of blackheads- so every bit counts. I don't have a heavy amount so not sure I will use it long term.

It's a Sucking Machine with different intensities and sucking intervals
This Device Literally Sucks. Yes it's a sucking machine. It's portable, wireless and very easy to you. Has much more suction than you would expect. You actually have to slide the device around while it's sucking or it might give you hickey/bruise and be painful.Has 3 different suction levels and 3 suction modes each with different suction patterns. Also comes with 5 different tips that are changed by simply pulling/pushing them on/off. Each tip has it's own unique uses and different intensities of suction. Comes in a convenient box with magnetic flaps.
