Very good cookbook for busy people who want to bake and time is pressing. Great for kids too as the recipes are easier to use. Boxedproducts used to make easier but there are a few from scratch. The few recipes I have used are outstanding and the end product wasdelicious. Worth investing in this for everyday use and those special occasions where time is pressured. I catch a sale in the markets whensweetened condensed milk is a good price and stock up. I didn't know how useful sweetened condensed milk was and how versatile till Ipurchased this cookbook. Would buy another of this series of cookbooks.

After making a promise to myself to work my way through an earlier edition of Eagle Brand Milk recipes, I saw this version. It was inexpensive enough to risk some duplications; however, upon receiving it, I was surprised to find that there were some, but not many duplicated recipes from the older books. Lots of recipes for my favorite baking ingredient. A "no-brainer" to add this book to your cookbook shelf!
