I should have known better. The ingredients I've taken before and they do nothing. These do nothing. But at 15. Bucks a bottle you get what you pay for. Not much.

I have osteoarthritis on both knees. There is also some swelling below both knees. Have a torn medial meniscus on left knee. Product started to work after about a week. I am now walking better and have less pain going up and down stairs.
