I work in the operating theatre and intensive care, and this little oximeter compares well with the hospital equivalents.It is quick to pick up a signal, seems to be accurate, and feels well-made and robust. If you are using it because you may have COVID-19, it should be cleanable with a wet-wipe or equivalent, although you may just want to wrap your finger in cling-film instead.When normal life returns, I may well use it at work for the odd time when a hospital pulse monitor is not available (but it does specify it is for home use only).

I ordered this to keep an eye on my mother when she contracted Corona virus. She was discharged from hospital but went down hill again. She is convinced it saved her life as she was able to shift position to breath better through the night and keep her oxygen levels up. In short invaluable and life saving. Easy to use and well worth the money!

Bought this to monitor my family through the Coronavirus. When in use it gave different readings constantly. One minute it would give a reading, then 1 second later it was completely different. Sometimes it wouldn’t go on and others an alarm would sound. Waste of money during this difficult time. 😔

Bought this to check my heart rate. It’s easy to use and seems pretty accurate. Very handy size to keep in your bag.

Very straightforward to use and quick response. Unlike many oximeters advertised delivery was very quick.

Looks very elegant and good quality. Easy to use. Slightly slow to pick up the accurate reading. I would have expected a pair of AAA battery with it for the price I paid. It is a must keep equipment for any house hold.

The device takes a while to register the O2 sats so you need to be patient, but it did register what I believe to be an accurate levelI haven't tried it on a childIt does not appear very robust so I am uncertain how long it will last, also from an infection control perspective I am not certain how easy it will be to keep clean
