I purchased this 5-in-1 leg brace after a "popping hip" injury due to overuse. Using this brace within 3 days of the injury provided additional support to my hip, allowing me to walk normally and bear weight on the leg with less pain during recovery. I used the brace when walking and working out, which reduced the risk of the hip popping out again and minimized pain and fear for me during this time.Pay attention to the size chart and measure to ensure you have the right fit. The Velcro adjusts easily to achieve the right amount of support, from strong to less, as you heal. I am very pleased with this product and likely would have paid much more had I gone to an ortho office to purchase one based on my experience. It arrived the next day and is a quality product. I am 5' 9" 140 pounds with an inseam of 33".

Purchased brace over a month ago. I’ve had a problem only when I go for a long walk with my right groin. I can barely move after ten minutes or so. I decided to try an over sized elastic bandage. It worked but wouldn’t last long. So I decided to search for a brace or warp and decided on this one. Great choice by me. Great support. I can now go for long walks without pain. Brace is light weight and easy to put on and very comfortable when I use it. I mean very comfortable. I wear over my underwear. I would definitely buy again.

This belt is useful on both sides of your legs.the velcro is sturdy it doesn't come lose. You can sleep with it on throughout the night. And it really releases the sciatica pain.

I have been couch ridden with severe sciatica pain for four days now. Can't sit, can't hardly walk, can barely lay down on my non painful side. This brace helps tremendously with walking and standing, but only when I strap it very tight, which in turn causes problems of its own after an hour or two. It does not relieve any of the pain whatsoever, but helps me feel more able to walk and take full strides, which I need to do anyways no matter how bad it hurts. Overall the product is good quality and exactly as described so it's definitely worth a shot to try and find some comfort especially at this price. The calf wrap is arriving today, hopefully it helps with the pain more than this does.Also, the size it decent. I have a 30 inch waist and weigh only 145. The regular size fits and doesn't have too much slack from having to stretch it so much to make it tight.

This is a great product and really worked well. It provides great compression which you can of course adjust based on how tight you pull the straps.

Very well made bought it for back pain and right leg pain the combination brace was a great invention works good for the pain at first it was hard to put on and get it in the right place needed for the pain but after a few times it gets better works really good while standing I have a job where I stand all day pain is relieved a lot but still have pain while sitting I would recommend this product for any body with back and sciatic pain. The velcro works great holds fantastic very pleased with this product

I injured something in my right hamstring area that is also hurting my sciatic nerve. Waiting for a mri, that was several days away. I decided to order this product to maybe get some relief. Once I received item, it was very easy to put on. Within an hour I noticed some good relief. I was able to go from constantly having to lay down, to being able to sit up some on the couch. The compression along the back of my hamstring as well as the positioning on the hip/back provided a good amount of support, that allowed me to move better. This product isn't designed for a permanent fix, but did help provide me some relief and stability. I will continue to use it as needed. I would like to also mention that it's pretty comfortable too. I wore it over my shorts for some of the day and then readjusted later on under my shorts. It didn't itch or anything. Overall good product and I would recommend if youNeed to take the edge off from sciatic pain.

Good quality, design was okay, didn’t help with pain. No pain relief. Was a little difficult to walk with, due to it tugging on waist .
