Written by the wife: The product came intact in very nice product packaging and wrapping for shipment. It looks like a legit quality product. But, unfortunately this product did not work for me. I bought both the decollette and the collette pieces to help with the beginnings of fine lines on my upper chest and lower neck. During the week I used the products I am disappointed to say that I did not have a positive experience. To give you an idea of the conditions of my experience using this product: We keep our home a cool 68 degrees at night and I am NOT a night sweater. I actually have dry skin as we live in high desert area and I'm in my 50s. I do move several times during the night from left to right but nothing crazy. I do nOT have sensitive skin and have no problem using different products even retinol products. Unfortunately, even with freshly cleaned skin these products slipped during the night. I found the neck piece uncomfortable to sleep in and tried it further down on my collar bone, but it would never stay put. The decollette piece did not slip as much as the collette piece I purchased, most likely because the upper chest area is flat. I couldn't use it any lower, like between my breasts, it just wouldn't stay put anywhere there was a contour. Every morning I found it had slipped to a new location.The last morning, I woke up with small broken blood vessels because of the way it slipped up to my neck and rubbed, maybe suctioned? while I slept. I had attempted this for a week straight and was pretty frusterated already, but broken blood vessels in my skin was the end for me. I did use the product so I won't return it, but sorry to say my experience was a negative one. I saw no change in my fine lines while using this product.

I know this is intended for your neck but I use it in between my breasts instead of the one intended for that purpose to softening the lines on your chest. It's smaller and seems to stick better there than where it is intended and better that the one that is supposed to be used there.It is temporary though. If you don't wear it for a night, the wrinkles come back as deep as they were before so wear it when you have something coming up that you want to lessen the wrinkles for.

Crepey skin on my neck and chest from being a side sleeper was becoming a big issue. I started using these products and saw a huge result! After wearing them religiously for 3 months the lines are gone. I have been buying them over a year now and I will never go to bed without putting them on. Expensive but worth it!

I have used other SILC products and really love them… The décolleté pad is incredible. I ordered this too because of how much do I love the other. While I like the results you get, The shape of this pad on your neck just doesn’t work. There’s no way I could sleep in it without it coming off on the sides. I don’t know how to suggest a shape change but it just doesn’t work. I do try to use this during the day when I’m less active and it’s OK. Designers go back to the drawing board for neck application. I was getting profoundly depressed, because after spending a lot of money on Fraxel and Ultherapy, after six months, the skin on the neck looked so crepey, it was awful. I had bought this in 2016, used it a few times, found it uncomfortable and it fell off during the night. So I now went looking and bought one by BLUMBODY, which comes in an awesome box that solves your storage problem in an elegant way, and has a band with velcro at the ends you can wrap around it to keep it in place. It also has a soap that actually increases adhesion after you've washed it. Silcskin should really look at that.Transformed! I've been wearing it almost 24 hours, taking it off to shower and apply some moisturizer. Even in a few days, I can see a measurable difference. It is exhilarating. The skin is so much smoother, the wrinkles much finer, you really have to look carefully, though I will need some time to make this more permanent. After using the chestpad for months, I do believe the skin develops some memory. You have to keep using them, but not as often.I will be coming back to Silcskin, despite its huge price, because it is the only one whose pads don't have a ripple. You can see it on other pads as you are handling them--and it transfers on to the skin! It's not too noticeable, but it's clearly visible up close. Not sure what causes it. Why have a pad that causes more wrinkles, even really fine ones?If only Silcskin invested in a box, a band, and a soap, and kept the same price, it would be the best product. At its current price, I suspect most will go o the cheaper product with the far superior packaging.
