How well it handles the recoils of 12 GA shotgun?

I have mine installed on my semiautomatic AR-12. I have run 25rd drums with no issues. The trick is to put blue loctite on every screw you have on the scope. This is true for every optic by the way.. I have owned 22LR rifles that I didn't think needed loctite, and learned the hard way..

Is it parallax free? What is the battery runtime?

There is no magnification to the lens nor any Parallax View to compromise your line of sight.

yes... it is an all metal optic.

Can you see the iron sights through the scope?

I use 45 degree offset iron sights, but if you have fold down sights they will not interfere with your view. Side note: I've note put 400 rounds through my gun with this scope. ZERO issues and accurate!
