The plunger came unscrewed from the shaft during first use. I screwed it back on and tried again. The whole thing is not usable now, the plunger is stuck and the threads on the shaft stripped out. Such a shame it broke on first use, not good quality at all.

the extrudeder's metal has parts which are rough, the ball stylus dotting tools are good but the modeling tools are a joke. the ends aren't secured and loosen/come off as you use.

Everything was just fine except the plastic modeling tools. I ordered the kit mostly for the extruder but thought I would try out the other tools. I should also clarify I'm working with polymer clay and not fondant. The plastic tools have a seem running down the center that clay gets stuck in and I can't just wipe away. Then I ended up transferring some colors by mistake.

I’m so impressed with this little gadget! I made my first ever wedding cake recently and without this extruder I would not have been able finish it to the level that I did. Easy to use and great value for money!

The media could not be loaded.  Great product quality and quantity for the price! I had some of these products before but this pack had much better quality with a better price as well. This product has everything you need so if you haven’t already purchased it, you definitely should!

The extruder cap would not come off to insert the discs therefore my wife could not use this product. We had planned to call you on Tuesday to let you know how extremely upset and disappointed we are that this product is defective. It cost her hours in decorating time. How do we send this back. The other portions of the kit were okay but the extruder is defective.
