The smooth feel of a continuous rocker paired with a wide shape makes for a poppy, predictable wakeboard. The Mode is equipped with some of the most advanced bottom features ever used. Really wide boards can be hard to put on edge, but not with V-Tech. Variable rocker lines (more rocker on the end of the board than the waist) reduce resistance when applying heel or toe pressure. The V shape at the tip and tail softens landings by displacing water upon impact. To make landings even softer we added not one, but two center spines to displace more water when landing flat on the board. Hinge Tech remains the easiest way to get into your bindings and secure your foot into place with the flip of a lever. When the lever is down the boot opens wide allowing easy access to step your foot into place. Flip the lever up and the back section of the boot engages with second to none heel hold. An open toe design with a stretch point lets this boot accommodate a large range of foot sizes. Dual lace zones allow you to dial in the fit over the top of your foot independently from the fit around your ankle.
