Am so glad I finally purchased my Bodytec Back Posture Corrector. After 10 minutes of looking at the demo pictures and adjusting the straps and pads, I sat down for another 10 minutes to get used to its feel...and I can report it took less than half that time for me to feel like my mind and body were syncing up with the Corrector. I got up from my easy chair and immediately got busy fixing my dinner. I knew instantly I was on the right track. I've tried a few fixes for my posture. I've been trying to work on it for my neck pain and rounded shoulders. I wasn't sure this would work, but it really did. I like it because it's very easy to use. It slips on like a backpack and then you tighten the straps until you feel you shoulders move back into the proper position. It's like a gentle pull reminding me to keep my back straight and shoulders back. With the posture corrector on, I can feel my chest open up and can breathe so much better. I feel good with it on - I stand taller, look bigger, and have less pain.

I love my bodytec posture corrector I love it to run or to do deadlifts and push ups with. I’ve been wearing it for almost two weeks now and I’ve seen a small change in my posture but nothing to big, I understand that it takes time and dedication to see big changes when it come to anything fitness and Heath. Although I will say this corrector does give you stamina if you are a long distance runner like myself. I also got one for my husband who is a truck driver and drives for long periods of time, I got one for him even though he already has a great posture, we both love it for running for the most part.

I have been wearing this brace since I received it. I find it comfortable, easy to put on. The brace is most helpful to help me sit up and not hunch my shoulders while sitting. I can feel the benefit while sitting at my computer. I wear it for several hours a day. It fits comfortably under my t-shirt. The brace is a good tool to remind myself to stand and sit upright improving my posture significantly.

I have upper back pain and heard that posture correctors can help. I’ve been wearing it for about 2 weeks now and have noticed a significant difference. It took some getting used to in the beginning but now I don’t really notice it when I wear it. My back pain is not gone, but it’s a lot better. My posture is better too. I loved this posture corrector. I sit using a computet 6 hrs/ day. I felt relief of my mid upper back and scapula w/ in 20 mins of wearing this. Fits and adjustl very comfortably. The exetcise band is kinda cheesy and sml.
