Master Lock 410BLK Lockout Tagout Safety Padlock with Key Black 0.25 in. Shackle Diameter

This is the best training lock out there. This lock has a 6-pin core with spools and serrated pins. For it's price, that lock core is extremely good but out of all the manufacturing companies such as Abus, American Lock, etc, Master Lock was the company that made this lock. I was surprised on how Master Lock didn't make an awful lock. But of course the lock body is cheap and could probably be broken open with my bare fist, but for its intended use as a loto lock it is actually good. This is the only master lock I would recommend.

I bought it as a gift for my friend that I call Hacker Man. I can tell it's a high quality lock because he didn't reverse the polarity of my computers hard drive from the domain network of the WIFI and power cord or whatever hackers do these days. It's a metal lock that was good enough to impress him.

Does the job as expected for LOTO applications only. I would not use if for anything else.

This lock works great for LOTO. Very satisfied.

I do lock picking as a hobby and so I bought this. For that purpose, this lock works well. I would never even remotely suggest this lock for any other purpose. The body is made from plastic and I can very easily pop it apart with my hands and just as easily snap it back together. If you enjoy keeping your valuables, then look elsewhere.Considering this is for safety lockout situations, I think it is a terrible lock. If you need an affordable lock for this purpose buy an American Lock A1100 Series lock, they are affordable and not plastic.
